Mason-Dixon Cafe is family owned and operated by husband and wife, Kelly and Nick Hunt. Kelly is the Executive Chef. She was born and raised in downtown Fredericksburg. Her food vision is comfort food with a twist. Everything is made from scratch and is always cooked to order.
Nick has a strong customer service background as a former manager for Hope Springs Marina. He was born and raised in Cherry Hill, South Jersey.
Hence the name…
Mason-Dixon is where the North Meets the South.
